Air Canada Old vs New Livery

In 2017 Air Canada unveiled its new livery to their customers and employees in three events held simultaneously across Canada, in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. On the Left Hand Side of the comparison is Air Canada's old livery (2004 - 2017), and on the Right Hand Side is Air Canada's new livery.

Changes Between these Liveries:
  • The iconic red maple leaf rondelle returns to the tail on the new livery, after an absence of 24 years.
  • The silver-blue livery is replaced by a white livery, accented by black covering the underside of the fuselage and tail.
  • The forward maple leaf rondelle has moved to below the window line, allowing the "Air Canada" titles to be brought closer to the nose.
  • The red maple leaf rondelle also appears on the engine cowlings (not visible in this image), and on the underside of the centre fuselage.
